Review:

It’s the classic song, with Tomie dePaola’s lovely illustrations, what’s not to love? I especially like that it has all of the lyrics, not just the ones we’re used to hearing. I also enjoy the about section where you can learn more about the author and her history. Definitely an enjoyable, timeless book!

Kid Thoughts:

They love Tomie dePaola’s illustrations as much as I do! They also always enjoy hearing all of the lyrics to a song and not just the familiar ones.
